Stage 1
At the time of service contract signing
Before starting medical treatment:
- Surrogate mother assignment
- Medical examinations of the surrogate mother
- Medications for endometrial preparation of the surrogate mother
- Premium egg donor assignment
- Egg donor compensation
- 1 IVF with ICSI
- 3 Embryo transfers
- Ovarian stimulation medications for the donor
- Post-transfer support medications for the surrogate mother
- Sperm and embryo storage for 12 months
- Pregnancy test
- Transportation (airport: arrival and departure; appointments at hotel, clinic and notary)
Stage 2
For positive pregnancy
- Vitamins and protocol medications for the surrogate mother during pregnancy
- Medical visits and regular tests during pregnancy
- Psychologist visits for the surrogate mother during pregnancy
- Surrogate mother compensation
- Clothing and transportation expenses for the surrogate mother
Stage 3
At week 25:
- Private hospital delivery expenses (selected by the clinic)
- Cesarean section expenses
- Surrogate mother compensation
- Assistance for obtaining the birth certificate

1 IVF + Unlimited embryo transfers + Premium egg donor
Stage 1
